1. 14-Day Return Policy
Standard marine equipment, apparel, and parts can be returned for refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original shipping crate, and in resaleable condition.
2. Watercraft & Heavy Machinery Restocking Fees
Due to customs registration, battery licensing, and sea freight shipping costs, returns of major watercraft (underwater scooters, eFoils, jetboards) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The battery must not have logged any charging cycles.
3. Custom Yacht Outfitting Orders
Special customized orders (including custom color hulls, yacht logo decals, customized storage racks, or fast-chargers built for specific superyacht electrical grids) are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
