All luxury toy inventory undergoes rigorous pre-delivery testing before dispatch. Standard orders are prepared and loaded for transport within 2 to 4 business days. Specialized superyacht packages or customized orders may require up to 10 working days.
2. Hazardous Battery Freight Regulations (Lithium-Ion)
High-performance watercraft (eFoils, Seabobs, Jet Surfboards) contain high-capacity Lithium-Ion batteries classified under UN 3480/3481 dangerous goods regulations. These units are shipped via certified dangerous-goods cargo channels. Transit speeds may vary due to custom flight check requirements.
3. Customs & Freight Insurance
All international shipments are sent under CIF/DDP terms depending on agreement. DeepWave Marine secures 110% value-insurance coverage on all ocean freight items to protect cargo against any sea carriage accidents.
4. Port & Marina Delivery
We coordinate directly with yacht agents and captains to dispatch deliveries straight to port or marina facilities. Live location coordination is maintained during transit.
