WARRANTY POLICY

1. Full Manufacturer Coverage

As an authorized international dealer, DeepWave Marine supports standard factory warranties for all brands:
• Seabob & Cayago Products: 2-Year limited warranty on powertrain and mechanical systems.
• eFoils & Boards: 1 to 2-Year warranty on motor, remote controls, and mast assembly.
• Lithium Power Units: 1-Year battery cell lifecycle protection.

2. Warranty Claim Procedures

In the event of system error or mechanical defect:
1. Contact our service team at support@deepwavemarine.com with your original invoice and serial number.
2. Our engineering crew will run an online diagnostic log.
3. If repair is required, we dispatch replacement components or ship the unit to our service center.

3. Exclusions & Misuse

Warranty coverage does not cover damage caused by salt corrosion due to poor washing maintenance, battery drainage below 10% during long-term winterization, structural collisions, or unauthorized performance tuning.
